Hugh Parry has a wealth of experience in the offshore oil and gas industry, including more than 10 years with one of the foremost FPSO companies, Singapore based Prosafe Production, where he was Chief Financial Officer and thereafter Chief Executive Officer. He was therefore a central member of the team which developed Prosafe Production to be one of the world’s leading FPSO contractors.

Mr. Somers joined ROI as a founding partner in December of 2005 after 31 years in production operations, operations management and senior management positions with service contractors and major oil operators in the North Sea, South Africa, Australia and the Far East. Bruce began his career with Shell's tanker group in 1974 before taking up production operations management positions.
